Sam and Sue Sayre, the founders of Sayre Hospitality Group, always believed their success in business was due to God’s hand upon them and His call for them to be funders of His Kingdom.
Over the years, Sayre Hospitality Group—and later the Sayre Foundation—contributed significantly to God’s Kingdom by empowering others to pursue His work. As time passed, the Sayre family felt led to a deeper, more intentional service to the Lord. Brian Sayre envisioned a business plan in which every venture of Sayre Hospitality would serve as a tool to fund God’s work.

In 2023, the Sayre Foundation was established as a continuation of the charitable journey begun by Sayre Hospitality Group. The Foundation’s leadership includes Sue Sayre, her descendant Brian Sayre, his spouse Amber Sayre, and business partner Jarrett Finch. They convene annually to shape the Foundation’s policies and grant-making strategies.
Inspired by the scripture, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35), the Sayre family has experienced the joy of giving and being part of a greater purpose—a family legacy. Through their giving, they hope others will also discover the blessings that come from using their resources to advance God’s work.
